I'm on a mission to ignite personal and professional growth through leadership and team coaching, fostering vibrant cultures rooted in collaboration and transparency. Raised mainly in the US with a few years on and off in Italy, my father’s native country, I enlisted in the Peace Corps after college, serving in Central America, where I immersed myself in community and youth development. I later co-founded a nonprofit and spearheaded medical and educational services initiatives in rural communities in El Salvador. With an MBA from INCAE (founded by Harvard University in Central America), I extended my impact by advising companies on citizenship strategies across the Americas. My passion for forging meaningful connections led to successful partnerships between private entities in the US and social sector organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean. In 2014, I took a pivotal step toward my calling, embracing coaching as a tool to empower individuals to live and lead with clarity, purpose, and passion. After earning credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I founded Forward Bridges Coaching to serve change agents, entrepreneurs, and anyone committed to personal and professional growth. in 2024, I deepened my expertise in team development by completing rigorous training with Corentus (which has since merged with Blanchard), further equipping me with advanced tools to help teams unlock their full potential and thrive.
